I took that picture at The Omaha Zoo in 2006. I sure wish that Kansas City's Zoo had Bears like that.
I've been to quite a few Zoos in my life: Wheeling, WV-Columbus, OH-Pittsburgh, PA-Omaha, NE-Oklahoma City-and Kansas City! Pittsburgh and Omaha have awesome aquariums. Columbus has 10 million bears! Oklahoma City's Zoo is much better than Kansas City's!
